What I'm Building in 2026 — Craftifyle, a Creative Agency, and Everything In Between

Craftifyle is almost 2 years old. The photobooth business that started with ₱55,000 is now evolving into something bigger. Here's where it's all going.

When I started Craftifyle in November 2024, the plan was simple: rent out a photobooth, cover events, make money.

That was the whole plan.

18 months later, the business is still doing that — but it's also doing a lot more. And in 2026, I'm building things I didn't even know I wanted to build when I started.

Here's an honest look at where Craftifyle is going.

What Craftifyle Is Today

At its core, Craftifyle is still an event photography and photobooth business based in Zamboanga City. That hasn't changed. We cover:

  • Photobooth rentals — parties, weddings, corporate events, school celebrations
  • Event photography — full coverage, edited and delivered within 48 hours
  • Content creation — photos and videos for brands and businesses
  • Web design — portfolio sites, business landing pages, booking systems

50+ events covered. Clients from Kenny Rogers Roasters to ADZU's Ateneo Fiesta. Schools, weddings, birthday parties, and everything in between.

The foundation is solid. Now I'm building on top of it.

The Next Layer: Creative Agency

The longer I run Craftifyle, the more I realize what clients actually need isn't just a photographer or a photobooth. They need a visual identity — photos, content, a website, a social media presence that actually represents them.

Most small businesses in Zamboanga City have the product or service figured out. What they're missing is the brand that makes people take them seriously.

That's the gap I want to fill.

In 2026, I'm evolving Craftifyle from a photography + photobooth business into a full creative agency. Not a huge agency — a lean one. Still personal. Still relationship-driven. But capable of handling more of what clients actually need:

  • Brand photography
  • Social media content creation
  • Website design and development
  • Event coverage

One business. One team. One point of contact for everything visual.

The Tech Side: Craftifyle CRM

Here's the part that surprised even me.

Running Craftifyle manually — managing leads in my phone, tracking bookings in notebooks, sending invoices through chat — worked fine when we had 5 events a month. It doesn't work as well at 10, 15, or 20.

So I built a CRM.

Craftifyle CRM is a booking and client management system I built specifically for Filipino event service businesses. It handles:

  • Lead tracking (who inquired, what stage are they in, did I follow up)
  • Booking management (dates, deposits, balances, payment status)
  • AI-assisted client communication (drafts replies based on your services and packages)
  • Invoice generation
  • Availability calendar that syncs with Google Calendar

I built it first for Craftifyle — to solve my own problem. But the problems I was solving aren't unique to me. Every photobooth operator, every event photographer, every freelance creative in the Philippines has the same issues.

The plan is to eventually offer it to other Filipino service businesses as a white-label SaaS product at ₱800–1,500/month. Prove it works for Craftifyle first. Then open it up.

Why I'm Sharing This

I'm not sharing this because everything is figured out. It's not.

I'm sharing it because I want Craftifyle to be a business people can watch being built — not just the highlight reel of finished projects, but the actual process of figuring it out in real time.

I was a second year college student who bet ₱55,000 on an idea. That idea is still alive, still growing, and now evolving into something I couldn't have planned from the beginning.

The honest truth about building something: you don't know what it's going to become when you start. You just have to start, keep going, and stay open to where it leads.

What's Next

Specific things I'm working on in 2026:

  • Open beta for Craftifyle CRM — onboarding the first external users, getting real feedback
  • Expanding web design services — taking on more client websites, formalizing the process
  • Building a local brand — more Google presence, more content, making Craftifyle the first name people think of for events in Zamboanga City
  • Documenting the journey — writing more here, sharing what's working and what isn't
